ABOUT us

Since childhood Godelinde expresses herself and her love for the Divine through her voice. She chants Mantra and plays a Pran Nath style tambura, an Indian classical musical instrument with overtones.

Being initiated by her Naada yoga teacher Sri Shyamji Bhatnagar, she is part of a long line of oral Mantra teachings, sourced in India and spread all over the world. At the Chakra Institute she graduated as a certified Spiritual teacher and gained her Mantra chanting certificate with special recognition of excellence.

Her music and classical singing education she received from AnnA (Anna van Avalon), Pierre Mak, Thea van der Putten, Alexandra d’Espinoza, Barbara Kozelj and Paul Mirck.

Godelinde extensively studied for the Hatha yoga teacher training at Saswitha Opleiding voor Yoga en Wijsbegeerte in the Netherlands, including teaching Breath and Pranayama by Noor Palazzi, who is her inspiration in teaching from the heart.

On Aruba Godelinde teaches yoga, gives concerts and sound healings. She also coaches children, families and professionals on both spiritual and practical matters. She brings with her broad and deep experience in youth care & child protection as a certified pedagogue (SKJ registered). She is a yoga teacher with Jump18 (Aruba Childhood Obesity Prevention Program) and is currently releasing her music album.

Vincent: “I believe that taking on responsibility and bearing it gracefully is an act of love. I believe also that love should be practiced unconditionally. I am aware this is sometimes hard, sometimes very hard. I do believe that we should practice it every day if we can. I believe we should practice love for ourselves as well as for others. It follows that we should, in my opinion, practice to take on the responsibility of care for both ourselves and others. Which means we need to find deep guidance within ourselves (your inner guru), to take care of ourselves. In all spheres of our lives. Our health, our relationships, our endeavors. This I believe is our spiritual path.”

Vincent brings with his experiences as a medical doctor, yoga teacher and sports climber in the Dutch military, his lifestyle coaching training, his Vinyasa Yoga teacher training with Johan Noorloos (de Nieuwe Yogaschool) and his love for teaching the Wim Hof Method. He is currently practicing medicine on Aruba.

Medically his greatest passion is to help patients and people in general cure their chronic disease. He has come to realize most chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, artritis, acid reflux and so on are the direct result of metabolic dysfunction, which can powerfully be cured by lifestyle interventions in nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management. Fundamentally he has seen the effects of low carb/keto/fasting/carnivore lifestyles first hand.

Vincent: “I cannot stand the sight of the pandemic of chronic disease affecting most adults and an increasing majority of children. Seeing people regain their health and ditch their medication, often used for years on end, brings me tremendous satisfaction. It is the reason that I practice medicine, so that people get healthy and eventually don’t need my medical services any longer.”
